Access to TV provider channels on TV App in MacOS

Is there a way to give the TV app on MacOS access to the same channels I have via my service provider set on my Apple TV and iOS? For example, I have HBO through my tv provider and I can access those fine on iOS and Apple TV but not on the TV app in Catalina.
