Accessing filesystem via USB

When I plug in my iPhone, I can easily retreive photos I've taken because that's the only folder available via USB & Windows Explorer.

How can I access the rest of the filesystem? I'm jailbroken, so Cydia or AppStore products are fine.

I currently use the SSH method but that's a pain for me. I want to quickly retreive videos taken with Cycorder and I don't want to keep using SSH.

try iphoneexplorer or funbox - i prefer funbox because it is much faster
