How do I access my iCloud storage files? Either I'm very ignorant or iCloud is the most mysterious cloud storage I've ever seen.

Can I access these files on a desktop via web browser? I keep getting messages that my pitiful 5gb iCloud storage is almost full and I have no idea why. I've turned nearly everything off in Storage & iCloud usage settings yet my iPhone still shows using 4.3gb of the 5gb. Is it possible for me to see exactly what is backed up so I can delete selectively?

Paying .99 cents a month is no problem for 50GB but I have no idea how to access this stuff once it's backed up.

Any help appreciated.

Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage and check the documents and data there and more specifically any backups that are listed.

I did that and the iPhone is listed as 4.3 GB, but the largest back up is iMovie at 60MB, then 15 or so apps with backs ups in single digit MB amounts and 30 or so apps with backups in KB. Where is 4.3GB coming from? It's probably text messages but can I access my iCloud files like I can with Dropbox or Google drive?

Well, what are Messages and/or Photos listed as within that iPhone backup?

Photos are turned off and messages don't show up as an option to turn on or off. In message settings I've set the messages to be saved for a year.

So I'm guessing there is no way to access the iCloud files?
