That 9838 error is my problem too...I wish I was getting it hung up then at least I would know the servers were just slow and it will eventually work...at the present I'm worried about having to go to an AT&T store because something is wrong with the phone or SIM card....? Anyone know? The exact error message is:
We could not complete your iTunes Store request.
An unknown error occurred (-9838)
It pops up about three seconds into accessing the itunes store...no long delays or hangups - just bam! popup - iBrick.
