So before I did a clean install of Yosemite, I used CCC to simply copy my entire Mavericks system onto a folder on an external drive.

Now that I have Yosemite installed, I realized my iBooks are located in a folder in the user library folder... however when I go to my User Home Folder on the external drive that has my backed up Mavericks system.. the library folder is not there.

I've used the terminal command to unhide the user library folder... but this only applies it to the hidden folder in Yosemite.

How do I unhide the library folder on my external drive (it was not set up as a bootable drive.).

Thank you SO SO much!
I've seen this on google searching for an answer to showing this folder but didn't think this would solve it.
