accessing my windows OSX parition from Windows

Is there a way to do that, my windows partition is fat32 and i can access it from OSX but i cant access my OSX partition from windows.

Chiming in to second this. I've picked it up and it works admirably. You can even choose whether to view inserted CD ROMs from either a Mac or Windows perspective.
