is their a way to partition boot camp and have all the files accessible from both osx and windows. each uses a different formatting but i thought that their was a way to do it?

i know that vista cannot be installed on a fat32 drive but can it read one.

is mac drive a good option, what about a program for mac that allows to read NTFS files.

MacDrive is a good alternative, but the FAT32 partition is free. The idea behind having a FAT32 partition is that almost all operating systems can read and write with it, including OSX and Vista. :)
