iPhone Accessory Connected on USB but not on Bluetooth Audio?

I cannot seem to understand, why does apple allow changing of songs when on bluetooth and not allow when connected through USB.

One of the main applications of jailbreak for me is the NoAccessorySplash. If I keep running on bluetooth the battery goes down quick.
