Accident reset iphone

I have reset all the setting and contents in my iphone, but i then accidentally sync with my itune, which mean all my old record in my iphone cannot be retore.

I have time machine installed in my Mac, any chance i can recover the setting and contents from it please?

Could he load the iTunes pref file from a few days ago? Wouldn't it have the iPhone backup?

sure if the phone was previously sunk with the computer while it was full of information it is backed up on the computer. but someone who accidentally formats a phone would have a difficult time doing so

I set the itune auto sync when connect.

then i reset the iphone, when i connected it sync.....
