Ok, so really long story short. I accidentally deleted my mac partition through windows. Now windows cannot boot up due to the fact that, i think, it needs the mac partition to properly boot up. But, there is no mac partition, only a windows partition that cant boot. I went about trying to reinstall the mac partition but it says that in order to reinstall it must overwrite the HD deleting all i have on windows, wich i dont want. I see all my files through the disk utility but I cant access them. Is it possible to retrieve them somehow or not overwrite them or transfer them to an external HD or SOMETHING? I cannot afford to lose all my work, so is there a way???? Please help...

Just delete Windows and reinstall OS X. You should have been more careful. You can try one of those expensive data recovery services, but you'll need another hard drive on which to put your retrieved files.

You could hook it up to another Mac via FireWire, transfer everything off the HD to the other Mac, then reformat it and replace the data.

Asking the semi-obvious here, did you use Time Machine to backup your data?

No, reason being, The files i need are in the Windows partition. There really arent any files I need in the Mac partition. It's just that I can't boot up to windows withouth having the mac partition.

You need a FiireWire cable to connect the two Macs, then follow the instructions on this link which explains it better than I could.

The HD on your Mac should appear as a HD on the other Mac, then copy the files over, reformat the drive and replace the files again on your Mac.
