I was trying to move some iPhone 8 videos to a folder for a USB storage device, and accidentally dragged them right into the Recycle Bin which was also open. A message popped up, and I quickly hit NO, but I think it was asking me if I wanted to keep the files, because they are gone, and not on my iPhone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently running Phone rescue, and had checked on the iCloud to no avail. If I lose these videos I will be devastated. I am in Hawaii and some of my colleagues suggested me to visit stores like TCAWireless and few others. Should I visit? Please help. Thank you in advance.

If you deleted the videos from your PC (via the recycle bin) then you want to restore (undelete) them from the PC not your iPhone 8. There are numerous utilities which can do that for Windows. Find one and use it. In the meantime do not use your PC as those deleted videos may be overwritten and then it would be very difficult to get them back.

That's weird. It should still be in the bin unless you've deleted the files in the bin.
