iPhone accidently deleted a file in iExplorer, can I recover it?

Accidently deleted a file in iExplorer, is there a way to recover it?

did u send it to trash? if yes, u can go to your trash to retrieve.
incase u sent it to trash and then went to trash and emptied ur trash can, then no u cant get it back. ask someone with a jailbroken iphone to send you the file that u deleted.

can you please help me, i am having iphone 5 6.1.2 jail broken by invasion
i mistakenly deleted preferences.app and dialer, camera, safari, msg apps.

i tried to reinstall through itunes and redsn0w but i can not restore my iphone
can you please send me the whole application or system application folder from your phone in zip or rar formate so i can restore.
i am really looking forward for your help

i deleted it because i was trying to install something from cydia which results in to lots of white icons on my iphone with addsupport and many more things. so i went in to system application folder and deleted all white icons which results in to no settings dialer safari and camera application.

so please some one send me copy of this app so i can replace it.
