accidently upgraded to 1.1.3 in itunes from jailbroken 1.1.2

hi i accidently upgraded to 1.1.3 in itunes therefore i have the new baseband and cant use my o2 pay and go sim!
i have since downgraded to 1.1.1 jailbroke and upgraded to 1.1.2 and jailbroke and it will still not recognize my pay and go sim ( think this is because i have the 1.1.3 baseband)
the question is if i use the official 1.1.3 jailbreak in installer and therefore get a jailbroke 1.1.3 with new baseband will this allow me to use my pay and go sim or does anyone know of another way to do this?
btw i am using an oob 1.1.2 uk iphone

There is a step where it asks to patch the lockdownd file (with hacktivation). I believe that is the step that will get you going again.

I did this, however I'm still unable to use my O2 prepay card. Any ideas?
