Account recovery contacts not showing up on new phone

I just upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro Max, transferring data over from my old phone.

When I go into Recovery Comtacts on the new phone, it’s empty even though I have 3 recovery contacts and I’m the recovery contact for someone else. If I add the same recovery contact it then shows up once on my 15 and twice on other devices. The only way to get this working properly is to remove the contact on another device and then add it again. Likewise other people have to remove and add me again.

Anyone else seeing this problem?

Same problem here. I hope it is just a bug in the view as the contacts appear still fine on the other devices.

I encountered an issue with my recovery contact last week. After a few days, he finally reappeared in my system. However, ever since then, I consistently receive a warning in my settings that states my recovery contact is "Not available". I've checked his iPhone, and it confirms that he is still listed as my recovery contact. I hope it's still functional. 🤷‍♂️
