I have had problems with an iPhone 6s+ and a Macbook Pro. They say its my account but I can't transfer it to another  id and password. Why is this?

Well if you ask me it's not very good I have been having problems since the release of 9.3 and we have tried other apple ids and they work fine
That's just their policy.

Are these correct?:
  • You have an iCloud account that you can log into via a web browser.
  • You cannot log in to that account on your MacBook Pro to either System Preferences>iCloud or System Preferences>Internet Accounts>iCloud using the same password.
  • Your iPhone "crashes" in some manner when you select Settings>iCloud.
  • Someone somewhere that works for Apple told you that there's a problem with your account but didn't offer any advise other than you can't transfer the info to a new Apple ID.

All is correct , except I forgot to say, that, the person from apple, has reported the fault to the engineers who he says haven't got back to him yet and it was that he that told me that there's a problem with my account but didn't offer any advise other than I can't transfer the info to a new  ID after i asked him. PS My iPhone crashes in as much as, when I tap cloud in settings it goes to the cloud options but about a second later , returns automatically to the Home Screen
