iPhone Accountchanger for ios 9.3.3?

Was Accountchanger updated for 9.3.3? It says it is only compatible with ios 7.
 
No. And it doesn't really work on 9.0.2 either. Every time I tried to use it, it would switch, but then crash the App store.
