I'm currently on a 21" CRT and am ready for a 23" ACD. Since they've introduced new glossy screens on the MB/MBPs I'm wondering if there's any likelihood this will make it's way into the ACDs and, if so, would it be worth the wait?

well, this comes down to preference, personally, i could go either way, best thing to do, is to go to a store nearby and try out both the glossy and matte finish screens.

Get it and enjoy it.

You'll never see iSights in the ACD's, as they wouldn't work with Windows natively, and a glossy screen is just a pain in the ass to work with.

Enjoy your awesome purchase.

Sorry to bring back a 1 1/2 month old thread.

Does anyone else agree with iGary that the ACD's won't get iSights? It is a good point about Windows compatibility but could it be an option? How about the price when the next update rolls around (maybe in August)? My ideal 20" ACD would have an iSight and would be $599.
