If you wanted the iPad Mini's size, shape and screen ratio, with Android 4.2, you are in luck. Acer has cloned the first version of the Mini for you (see bottom image of iPad Mini vs Acer Iconia 830). Engadget put together this nice review, of what amounts to old specs in an iPad Mini shell. The price tag is what will allow this to sell, although I have a feeling the experience will leave a lot to be desired.

That is one ugly tablet. Such small differences, yet so significant.

I bought the Pantech Element on the cheap back when which is 4:3. I hardly use it anymore.

What's with the stickers....hope they are absent on shipped products. Are OEMs still living the stickers dream?

I'd buy one to throw in a bag for short trips and stuff. Something to type out an email on or read the news before bed.

The specs aren't too bad. And now someone can have a very decent android setup for little money. Get one of these and a moto g and your tablet and phone needs are covered for $350

It is on sale at BB for $129 and I am tempted to try it. The Pantech 4:3 AR tablet I have died and I liked using it because everything on android is basically 16:9/10 and it may be pretty zippy compared to my prior considering this has an Atom processor.
