I game on my MBP (17"), and my only concern is that when I play wow my wrist (left one) starts to ache. I dunno if its from stretching my hand weird, or from the keyboard design (I started wow after I got this laptop, so i can't compare with other keyboards)), *edit*the metal part where you rest your wrist being too warm*/edit*, or playing for over 10 hours a day (how I miss my semester break).. but I surely don't want to get some permenant damage :p.. (This only happens with Wow, and no other game (including FPS ones)). Nor do my wrists ache while I write my thesis (thousands of words per day), so meh.

Worst case scenario I will try an external keyboard, and if that doesnt work *Shock, Horror* quit wow (which i havn't played for months now).

Do you guys get achy wrists?

Yes, I do. Especially from long hours of playing FPS (First Person Shooters) and now my right wrist clicks and aches in cold weather. I'd suggest you try to do as much as you can to alleviate it now before you are stuck with some permanent damage. Even taking a 10 minute break every hour from WOW can help immensely. Also, do some exercise on your arms that involves your wrists, even something simple like dumb bell curls every 3 days will make a huge difference. Start getting the muscles stronger so that your joints and bones are not taking the full load. I've managed to alleviate my problems with copper and exercise.

In case you're wondering, I used to be able to easily play online for 16 hours with almost no break. Its not healthy and I've since changed my lifestyle.

Hope this helps...
