Action Button is gone in Lion's Finder

For new Mac users, you may not know what I am talking about:

As far as I see, I think Lion's Finder has replaced the Action Button with an Arrange By button.

Damn I hate right clicking...

Like you said, new mac users may not know what you are talking about. Apple seems to be trying to adapt Lion to new users. Bring in those that have used iOS and will feel comfortable with OS X. With that said, a feature like the "action button" may not be necessary as a default setting for those users. It's still there for those that know about it or need it

Most people will right click any way and that gives you nearly the same options as the action menu does. I think they switched from the action menu to the right click menu.

As above, it's still there, you just have to add it.
The only time I ever really use that button is when my hand is...elsewhere...away from the keyboard... ? Nowhere near the ctrl key, so I can't right click.
