Actions (Markup) not showing under Extensions in Yosemite

Seems the actions pane is missing from my extensions preferences. I only got

All, Share Menu, Today and Finder.

Actions are nowhere to be found so markup doesn't show in mail either.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

I've got All, Actions, Share Menu, and Today. I see Markup under Actions.

What's under Finder?

Finder seems to be activated only if you got something extra. I got dropbox under there
