Hey guys, have a quick question.
I currently am in Korea right now so i don't have my sim card with me. Never planned to unlock it and use it. Just brought my phone so i can use facetime/ipod (which btw works perfectly). When i was in the states and was using the dev build of ios 5 i remember that when i set up as "new phone" and went through the set up, when i got to the wifi screen, i wasn't able to activate it cause it required a working sim card.
my question is, if i update my phone to ios 5 from itunes, will i be SOL cause i have no working sim card with me?
