Activation advice needed please

I stupidly got caught up in the iphone fever and waited in line for 2 hours on Friday to get my new Iphone.
What has happened since is the most abysmal performance from ATT but i now need advice.

I started my vacation in Europe on Saturday evening. I sopke to ATT on 4 occasions and was promised it would be activated by the time I arrived on Sunday morning. Not content with that I went to my local Apple store to return the item but was convinced by the manager there that all would be fine by today.

I am now in the UK and have called an ATT number who say they can see my number has been ported BUT i need to recall the 877 number again to give more details. I know tht that is bull as i called that no yesterday and was told it was all ok.
Anyway i am currently on ATTs 877 number and have been for 1 hr 47 mins from the uk. Can you imagine how much this is costing me, and yet still no reply.

Any suggestions as i sit here.

ive now been on for 2hr 27 mins. Thjey answered took my details put me back on hold and its been silent for 10 mins, I am certain i have been disconnected.
This hjas cost me at least $200 from the UK.

Please does any one have an email address for this bunch of losers?

im on holiday for 4 weeks. I went into Apple yesterday and they promised me it would be sorted as did the clowns at ATT>

I think todays calls alone have cost me $200+
