Anyone have this problem? I plunked down my $99 to join the developer program, and Apple sent me an activation code that does not work. When I try to use it at the web page they send me to I get this:

"We are unable to activate your iPhone Developer Program membership because we are unable to successfully verify your identity. Please contact us and reference Enrollment ID# XXXXXX for further assistance."

The party about verifying my identity is strange, as I have already successfully logged in at this point.

I have logged two incidents and have heard nothing back from them in more than 2 weeks.

I don't see a phone number I can call to actually talk to a human being about this....is there one?

Thanks, that helped. I had to call them and they straightened it out. I had enrolled using my home address and then used a credit card with a different billing address, and for some reason this gummed up the works. Not sure why they needed to make that so difficult, but I am past it now..
