T2 chip is inevitable on every new mac, so even the imacs when it will go standard with just SSD...will get T2 chip
I think the redesign 27" 2020 imac will be the frist one, after that the 4k in 2021 probably, letting the FullHD 21.5" one without T2 as the budget imac. Like we see in ipad line too
