So I've never ordered a phone online before, and I dont know what to expect.

When we get our phones, will they already have micro-sims in them? Or will we need to go and buy them? I've searched and read some contradictory information and its confusing me. Can anyone clarify?

Without a doubt, your iPhone 4 will come with a sim card that you use to activate via iTunes.
