iPhone Activation with SAM

hello! I have a problem , a big one. Since yesterday I've been trying to solve it and without any succes. I have an iphone 4 with ios 6.1 jailbroken with sn0wbreeze and after I activate my phone with SAM and upload the unlock tickets , everything works fine. But when I restart it , I get the activation lockscreen. I restart again and boots up fine. But if I restart again , I get it again... and so on. Could anyone help me please?
