Anyone else getting this message trying their pre-approval? Says I have a active reservation or order and I do not....

UPDATE: 2 hours on the phone with Apple leads to what they are calling a known issue that should be resolved in 2 hours. I will provide an update then.

Side note support personnel were excellent.....said they were crazy busy.
