macOS Active Window Screenshot Capture

Hello,

I need to capture active window screenshot ignoring all background window even desktop.

SonOfGrab example shows screen capture but i need it for only the active window screen

What can be done?

Appplications > Utilities > Grab

Capture window.

Command + Shift + 4 then hit Spacebar

a camera will appear then click on the window you want.

But i need to do it by cocoa without user selection.

I need to take screenshot of active window in regular intervals automatically in objective-C programming or some apple script.
