Activity and Health data gone.

So this morning i restored my iPhone from an encrypted iTunes backup. Activity rings and all health data came back fine. Then a few hours ago everything from yesterday back has vanished. All my badges are still there oddly. Anyone have any ideas?

Have not had this happen to me in the past, so, just a wild stab: Health off in iCloud settings? Can see a bug where if that is off it wipes the phone when re-syncing info from iCloud back to device.

Health backs up to iCloud as well. Really annoying. Restored again. All came back as you would expect. Then a few hours later gone.
