Hey everyone! It’s time for April Showers and fools! Jokes aside, let’s check out our activity challenges for April, my Apple Watch wearers!

There’s an Earth Day challenge coming up on April 22nd. Who’s up for joining the fun? 🤩 Let’s go on an Easter 🐣 egg hunt by running or jogging in the park, get our goals in by spring training, spring cleaning or up our training expectations in spring break!

On the 30th of March? A bit early isn’t it? The activity thread always used to get started when Apple started issues the challenge for that particular month? Why do you feel the need to post so early?

Is it not a little premature to start such a thread a few days early, before the start of the month in question?

So now it is actually April where I live here’s my lame challenge for the month.

This one should be very easy as I walk every day. Often several a day.

GMT and CEST time zone enthusiasts are already in the first of April, but I’ll follow your advice and post it once the calendar changes instead of a day or two before.

Apologies for not reading this sooner; I’ve been under the weather lately.

Once April arrives tomorrow, you can showcase your activity challenge! Mines too! No April fools jokes please lol

April's challenge is in. My daily goal is 800 calories, so I need to hit 1600 at least five times. I'm in the middle of a marathon training block and hopefully have plenty of opportunities to do so. On the day of my last long run I sextupled (!) my move goal. Too bad the badges don't go past 400%. :p

Did you fall behind a bit, or is your goal really high?
It's weird. I did increase the speed of my morning walks (to try to increase my "Cardio Fitness" measurement) but I can't seem to figure out what it wants.

I don't consider 6 times doubling my exercise goal necessarily high but I will have to watch it (it's not something that practically happens by itself in my daily).

Same mines was specific workout type this month. Was about to switch out HIIT for Pilates this spring break as the weather warms up again next week to high 80s... but since I am off school in mid-April for Spring Break cannot be too bored out. So I had to reach a compromise and in addition to the HIIT I am doing this week, put it on top of the Stacks I am doing Pilates with strength and yoga during the week off to reach this month's goal.

I moved rowing to weekends during spring break.
