I'm having a problem with Activity Monitor where regardless of the window size the column widths keep changing resulting in a scroll bar randomly appearing between launches, does anyone else have this problem. It's like the width I set randomly stops "sticking" and no longer fit in the window.

Yes, experiencing same since 10.15.0, 10.15.1 and still in 10.15.2. Have not found permanent solution other than constantly resizing columns on each usage

Thanks all, at least I know it's not specific to my setup now - I can stop wasting time trying to fix it :)

Followup - on 10.15.4 Supplemental. Still happening though, sometimes if putting in Full Screen Mode >> Resize column >> resize Activity Monitor to Original size when originally opened - the columns will say as you put them.

Any idea of how to reszie the Process Name column? or why it must be to the far right?

Please refer to attached pic. There is a very small vertical bar that is in the pic with arrow I place there pointing to it. Place cursor on that vertical bar and attempt to drag it to the left.

Does anyone know what causes the columns to go missing? I've had to delete the preferences file to restore them both yesterday and today. Running 10.15.6.
