When I go to my activity app and then click over on the "Sharing" tab down in the bottom right corner I am prompted to update my watch with a message that reads "Sharing Activity progress requires that you have an Apple Watch paired and that it is running the latest version of watchOS"..so I click the "Update Now" button, knowing my watch is already running watchOS 3.0, and it takes me to the Watch app where it says "Your software is up to date"!!! I've tried restarting my phone and unpairing/repairing the watch and nothing seems to work!! Please help! I just want to share my activity with my friends so I can beat them at something!

Never mind, I figured it out! I hadn't unpaired my old watch which had broke and wasn't being used anymore. It's last update was watchOS 2. After unpairing it everything started working fine
