Ad blockers - Do they break most websites viewing on iphone?

Hi all,

Investigating using Firefox.

Came across ad blocker function - 5 approved by firefox:

Be good to save as much space on small iphone screen from ads.

But are these ad blockers more trouble than they are worth?

Be good to hear your experiences of them.
