Hi All,

I'm experiencing some trouble with roaming on a 2014 Macbook Pro. The macbook is the only client who doesn't roam fast or at all.
Turns out the threshold is set at RSSI -75dBm by default, but can you change this to for an example -65dBm or different value?

Allready tried the Sudo command joinStrongest, but this didn't work out.

Would love to receive tips or help concerning this problem!

Kind regards

Good question. I have always worked at it from the other side: adjusting APs.

That's assuming you can.

Let's see if anybody has experience with this.

Thanks for your reply. Did the same thing here, I adapted my unify wireless network (APs) to a compromise between signal strength and speed. This way the older Macbook roams after a certain period of time.

Would be great to see if anyone has experience with this or has a solution!
