Adaptor for sony lav mic and iPhone Xs

I have a set of really good quality sony lav mics.

A few years ago I bought an adaptor so that I could use witrh iPhone. But the adaptor was huge so quite hard to hold and shoot so I sent it back.

Im hoping they have improved. Does anyone have any knowledge / advice on the best way I can connect iPHone and lav mic.
