Alright here is what I want to do. I just got a 17" apple studio display which is ADC connection. I want to hook it up the my PB but the only connector I have is the mini DVI to VGA. Now do they make a mini DVI to ADC connector or is there something I missing

I think you'd need mini DVI -> DVI, then DVI -> ADC. I couldn't imagine the mini DVI -> DVI adapter being more than $20.

I just reread and looked at your sig. If you're trying to hook up an ADC display to a 15" powerbook, you don't need anything other than the DVI to ADC adapter, because 15" (since the DVI Ti model, and all aluminums) and 17" PowerBooks have full-size DVI ports.
