Add all sources in Cydia?

I recently restored my phone and rejailbroke to get a bunch of junk out of the filesystem that I was playing around with and lost track of... just saving space.

I could swear when I jailbroke on 2.1 that in Cydia there had been a selection to "add all recommended sources" or something of that nature. Is that no longer there or do I have to go through the recommended list and add them all manually now? Poop on that.

It is there, you just need to have the Steffwiz Source and it will show up for ya..

I found when I added all the sources Cydia took ages to load. So can anyone recommend the best sources to add rather than adding them all?

Just add them all... otherwise you will be cheating yourself out of apps.
