Add MBA to current MacPro setup?

I am considering purchasing a MBA for my wife and would like to have it periodically hooked up to my monitor/kb/mouse setup for my Mac Pro.

My fp allows multiple VGA inputs. Can I cofigure a wireless kb and mouse to two computers? So when the mac pro is on then it syncs to it...turn it off, connect the MBA to the monitor and it syncs to the kb and mouse.

Will this work as to avoid a KVM switch? Are ther any better set ups that would also power the MBA? Basically I need a cinema display with dual inputs.

Teleport lets you control two Macs with a single KB and mouse. I'm not sure if that is exactly what you are looking for but it's a pretty cool function.

I'm looking more for a dual MagSafe connector plus vga input...one for the MBA and the other for the Pro...then one keyboard and mouse for both.
