Add Subtitles to Video

Hey there,

I'm looking for a way to take an mkv file (which has many subtitles in pgs form) and add them to the video, preferably while converting the mkv to mp4. I tried using mp4tools and subtools but subtools only added half of the subtitles for some reason. Anyone know another way to do this?

Could try subler. I have not tried adding pgs but it does srt and idx no probs.
