"Add this image to Photos" not working

"Add this image to Photos" command in safari not working, did anyone have the same problem?

Yes! And if you open iCloud in the System Preferences it takes a long time to open. It almost seems like it's corrupt, plus Photos is unchecked. Really strange!

Yup, i get all these problems too, planning to go back to El Captain

Yes, I have had this problem since installing the latest beta. It worked just fine in previous betas.
