add world clocks not working....?

am i the only one having issues adding world clocks?

I search a city, find it, and once selected it is supposed to open a new world clock, yet mine does nothing....

am i missing something?

This is how it's supposed to work. Mine adds clocks just fine. Sorry you're having such issues.
