Added Playlists do not show up in Playlist tab??

Hi all,
i'm encountering gazillions of problems, a recent one is the following:

- While in the "for you" section (admittedly extremely well done in my case), i frequently happen to like one of the playlists, press the "+" sign and add it to my music. I also generally like it by highlighting the heart.
- What happens next is that i find the tracks contained in the playlist in the smart playlists of "recently added" and "added today", but the Apple playlist does NOT show up among the other Apple Playlists i have added to my music (no i'm not only showing music i have downloaded).
- This happens at random, i have tried to remove from my music and then re-adding, no success. By adding the playlist the songs are added to my music, but not the playlist in itself.
- The heart also frequently disappear, but i understand this is a common syncing bug.

Anyone encountering this problem?

I signed out of iTunes on all my devices then signed back in and reenabled iCloud Library in settings (iOS). It helped with some of the things you mentioned.
