I think the iPhone has spoiled my touch-interface experience. I keep coming back to my MacBook and keep trying to flick the touch pad to get the screen to scroll up and down. Instead it'll just move a couple of lines and I keep thinking something is broken.

It'll only be a matter of time before I try to turn my laptop on its side thinking it'll go into vertical mode.

I thought I was the only one. My car's head unit is a touch-screen lcd... and I keep flicking it- to no avail. there are some many things about the iphone that have become second nature... using other "non-privlaged" gadgets really is going to get tough.
Oh... woah is me!

man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone. man i love the iphone.

this is so true. I now find the mouse so 90's. It's big, clunky and indirect. I can't wait for multi-touch in the Mac line up!

What amazes me is how quickly people I show my iPhone to pick up the interface.

My 82 year old grandma and 85 year old grandfather both had it figured out in a couple minutes. They are very unimpressed with most of my "toys", but they thought the iphone was "neat". I think that says alot about the universal appeal this thing is going to have.

And I have also flicked the touchpad on my macbook trying to scroll, havent tried rotating or zooming in, yet. :)
