iPhone Adding a bookmark on 13.3

So I’m on safari and found a page I need to bookmark on my iPhone, but there is no option.

click the share button and scroll down, there will be an add bookmark option

I have no share button.

The button in the middle just brings up contacts and apps.

FYI, You can press and hold on the blue book icon in the middle of the other blue icons, and a pop up appears allowing you to bookmark your current page. Shortcut.
