I just made the switch from WinMobile to iPhone and love it. HUGE improvement. I have 1 question, though.

I would like to add a song to the current playlist. Is that possible?

I tried the 'On the Go' playlist, and that allows me to only add songs from the single view in the playlist manager. But that's very limited - you can only browse songs by song name.

What I would like to do is browse all the songs using the different view - by artist, by genre, etc. When I find a song, I'd like to add it to the current playlist.

There was a great feature in WinMediaPlayer that allowed you to add a song to the current playlist from anywhere.

Any ideas?

Found it!

I think I just found out how to do it!

When you are in 'On the Go' playlist, click edit. Then you can actually go to *any* view - artist, genre, etc. to add songs.

Nice!

I am becoming such a fanboy of this device!

Yeah, but how the heck do you add the CURRENT playing song to that list? that is driving me nuts trying to figure out.

I can't figure it out either! I can only the the 'On The Go' playlist to be editable.
