Adding a TV show

I would like some help in adding one TV show onto my iPhone. I have put three disc of scrubs season 1 onto my computer via handbrake. I want to be able to put just one of the disc that I copied, not all three onto my iPhone. Whenever I go to add a TV show from the normal way of adding, it shows up just scrubs, not individual disc, not just episodes, I know that I didn't put it on that way, it has like 8 episodes per disc. Help please!
