I know how to add album art, but for my surprise dragging album image to that album art box adds art only for the song playing, not for the whole album. It's really frustrating to rip 2 cd stuff like Pink Floyds "The Wall Live" and then drag the same picture over and over again from desktop to 30+ songs.. Any hint how to do it at once?

And a small hint for those lacking album art:
goto music store, then click ?+shift+4 and take that image! ;)

Select all of the songs in the album (by shift-clicking) and hit command-I (or Get Info from File menu). This is the way to edit multiple song information at once, including album art. I usually get artwork from Amazon.com, because you can get it pretty high-res (iTunes will store the high-res version for printing or viewing, you can see it when you click the thumbnail).

If you're anal about file sizes, remove any prior album art before doing this... it will likely add a duplication to any songs you've already put art on, individually. Since iTunes lets you store multiple artwork for one song, it adds images, instead of replacing them (which you might expect).

I use Clutter.

The fact is that my music isn't exactly mainstream, and I don't like things that automatically fill in song names (in case the version of an album I get isn't the American version and the songs are in a different order, or there are more songs) or get album art before I see it.

Thanks guys, I'll give that Clutter a try snce my music is most likely even less mainstram than yours, Abstract. :)

Click the thing above the album artwork that says "Now Playing." It'll switch to "Selected Song." Then hold down shift and select all the songs from one album, then drag the artwork to the album artwork box.

Having just received my Nano I now have a reason for actually wanting album art, this will speed things up nicely :D

Thank you. ;) :D
