hey everyone,

Let's say you're going on a road trip so you hit the + and then download button on one of Apples fabulous playlists.

Now let's say you already have 3 of the 20 songs on your phone.

When you want to REMOVE all the downloads you've made for that playlist I assume you go to playlists and just untick the download button.

But does it know to only remove the songs you downloaded or will it also remove original songs you actually own that were also in the playlist but you already had?

Thanks!

Just tried it:

It DOES delete any songs that you already have.

I went into a playlist and saw that 3 songs were already downloaded to my phone. So I added the playlist to my phone, then made available offline.

I then removed the playlist from my phone - and ALL SONGS were removed from my phone including the ones I'd already downloaded.

Poor.

Very poor in fact - making playlists pretty much useless.
