Adding DVD Movie To Ipad

I need some technical help. I know there are many programs to rip DVDs and them to my phone and Ipad, which i already use. However, if I want to add the whole dvd, such as the menu screen, how do I do that? I usually just add the movie but I would love to add the menu screen as well.
